Former South Point head coach John Devine brought his new team, Clover, to South Point for the opening game of the 2011 season. Devine received some warm applause from the South Point fans when the teams were introduced - but that was all the welcome the former coach and his new charges would receive, as South Point, under its new head coach Mickey Lineberger, would roll to a 63-0 victory.
