Tournament Director will be from another Region. The gate will not figure into the decision. His job is to follow the bracket and ensure the rules are followed and that sportsmanship & order are maintained. Sounds to me like they are trying to spread the double dips out by an early start. Either way, good luck to the NC boys!!
