NCPreps.com has announced RB Marquell Cartwright of T.W. Andrews High School as the winner of Mr. 2A Football for the 2013 season.

Cartwright was a key member of the Red Raider 2AA state championship team. The senior ran 233 times for 2,650 yards with 38 touchdowns.
