State Championship 7on7 July 19

This weekend, North Carolina is gearing up for a big time event around the Raleigh area, as the annual NC 7-on-7 State Championship will be going on at Wake Forest middle school.
This year, the event will have over 30 or more teams competing on the field, as the event will start this weekend, July 19.

There will be events such as several games of 7-on-7, with also the Lineman Challenge, Long Snapping Championship, Kicking Challenge, Punting Challenge, and much more. Listed below are the teams that are expected to attend the event this weekend, along with other information on the event.

Date: July 19, 2014
Location: Wake Forest Middle School 1800 South Main Street,
Wake Forest North Carolina, 27587 (Across the street from "The Factory"
Time: Registration, Rules Interpretation, will be Saturday at 7:45a-8:50a for teams playing in 1 day tournament, Pool play begins 9a on Saturday. Single elimination/championship round starts around 130p (ish) Saturday. All events "should" be finished by 8p
Food: FREE Breakfast Saturday for all Head Coaches. *Please give us the exact count on your registration so we have enough grub to feed everyone. Lunch is $7 per person for coaches and players and will be served on site. Concessions will be available during the day, and there are multiple restaurants near the tournament site.
Competition: Click on event title for a full description of various events. The first (3) 7 on 7 games are "pool play". We will do our best to keep teams paired with teams in their division and out of their conference. There will be a State Champion named for each division. Once teams are eliminated, we will help arrange more games for you so you can maximize your tournament experience. *Please note on your registration if you would like to participate in the consolation rounds.
Divisions: Varsity Teams will be split in Divisions 1A, 2A, 3A, and 4A
JV Teams will all be in the same Division
14U Teams will all be in the same Division
*As the tournament progresses you may play a team in your conference and out of your division.
Events: Your entire team can be involved, there are also State Championship tournaments (during the 7 on 7 events) for rising 9th-12th grade:
A) Lineman Challenge- can register as a team and/or individual.
B) Long Snapping
C) Punting
D) Kicking
E) NFL Punt, Pass, and Kick contest for younger children ages 6-15,
F) Special contest for parents so more of the family can get involved.
*Teams do not have to be in the 7 on 7 championship to compete in the other events, nor do you have to participate in the other events if you are doing 7 on 7. HOWEVER, separate registration is required for each.

Accommodations: If your team is coming from far away we will work with you on scheduling your first pool play games in the later rounds. If you are staying overnight our staff can assist you with hotels.
