CONCORD, NC - The VTO Sports All-American Challenge had over 250 players from 20 states to participate in their event at West Cabarrus High School this weekend.
The two-day event had three sessions. The first session on Saturday was a combine-type event where the participants were tested for the 40-yard dash, shuttle, vertical jump, and bench press. They also were split in position groups to do drills and 1-on-1s. The night session consisted of the players being placed on teams and doing various team-building fun events including an obstacle course. On Sunday, the teams participated in a 7-on-7 tournament and linemen challenge.
Top performers were named VTO Sports All-Americans and will be posted in another article.
