GREENVILLE (NC) - Over 125 student-athletes participated in the third segment of the VTO Sports HS Regional Showcase series held at J.H. Rose High School on Sunday,

This series will be held at more locations throughout North Carolina. With the uncertainty of high school football nation-wide these showcases are designed to give the participants a chance for some exposure to play at the next level.

NOTABLE PLAYERS:

Kamarro Edmonds, a class of 2021 running back from Havelock (NC) High School was one of the top ranked players in attendance. The 3-star prospect has verbally committed to North Carolina and was selected as the RB MVP.

Tymir Brown, a class of 2021 defensive back from Jacksonville (NC) High School came out to participate in the camp. The 3-star athlete has verbally committed to North Carolina.

C.J. Mims, a class of 2022 defensive lineman from West Craven High School in Vanceboro, NC had an impressive showing. The 6-foot-2, 280 pounder has an offer from Coastal Carolina.

One of the top underclassman in attendance was 2023 defensive lineman K.J. Sampson out of New Bern (NC) High School. The 6-foot-2, 282 pounder has started getting P5 offers.
